Chuka Kana Tenshin / Purehuri Tokyo

食材を調理しておいしい料理にしていくように、空間の作り方を「調理」方法から作ることを考えた。

2つの要素を持つこの店舗では、2つのお店の特徴的な「蒸す」「揚げる」という調理方法を用い、空間を作りだします。
蒸す→湯気のゆらゆら感、柔らかさ、やさしさ
揚げる→油で揚げたときの、サクサク感、カラッと感、強さ
をイメージで表現、このイメージをもとに店舗のデザインに落とし込んでいきました。



Just like turning ingredients into a delicious dish, we approached this space by starting with the “cooking methods.”

This unique store combines two different concepts — one inspired by steaming, the other by frying.
From steaming, we imagined soft textures, gentle warmth, and floating steam.
From frying, we took cues from crispiness, a dry lightness, and a bold energy.

These sensory impressions guided our design — blending the essence of both methods into one cohesive space.
