敷地内に街をつくるような計画。
一体型の建物ではなく、何棟かの建物に分かれ、訪れる人が様々な目的で訪れられるよう、いくつかの機能をもたせます。

建物同士は回廊によってつながっており、住宅の相談で訪れたお客様とカフェで打合せ、ランチに来たお客様が住宅展示場を見学するような、機能や目的が交差する、偶然の出会いが生まれる場所をつくりだします。

We designed this project like a small town within the site.
Instead of one large building, there are several smaller ones, each with a different purpose. This allows people to visit for many reasons.

The buildings are connected by corridors, so visitors can move easily between them.
Someone coming for a housing consultation might meet in the café, and someone stopping by for lunch might also explore the model homes.
This is a place where different activities and people come together — creating chances for natural, unexpected encounters.
